Organic Skin Care

With the skin being the largest organ in our body, it is definitely in our best health interests to use organic skin care.

Millions of people are harshly affected every year by an unknown form of chemical warfare that’s taking place every day within the confines of their own homes. While we are busy worrying about the chemical arsenal of terrorist and toxins in imported toys, we are literally poisoning our immune systems with hundreds of toxic compounds that are know cancer causing and hormone disrupting agents.

For example your morning routine. If you are a man that will typically include a shampoo, soap, mouthwash, toothpaste, deodorant, hair styling product, shaving cream and aftershave. An average day for a woman starts pretty much the same, with the possibly additions of a shower gel, face and body cream, moisturizer, make-up, hair spray, perfume and nail polish. By the time you leave the house you have ingested, breathed in and absorbed through your skin, hundreds of dangerous chemicals, many of which have been scientifically proven to be deadly and some of which are known carcinogens.

If you have any symptoms like dry skin, persistent skin irritation, rashes, sinus problems, asthma, allergies, respiratory issues and other health concerns that never seem to resolve, it may be time for you to look at the detrimental effects your personal care products are having on your health. Not only do we need to watch what we eat, but also what you put on your body and what you clean the house with if you want optimal health.

Any substance that is placed on the skin, or inhaled will enter your bloodstream, much the same as if you had swallowed it. Once in the bloodstream your immune system will think it is a foreign substance and it will be perceived by your liver as a toxin. This can result in the immune system and liver working overtime dealing with this toxic overload and then they are not able to do the jobs they were intended to do. It is common for these exposed individuals  to suffer from frequent bacterial and viral infections, other strange disorders and even cancer.

Take a close look at the ingredients in your personal care products? Besides water, is there anything else on that label that you see as a naturally occurring substance that you might actually want to put inside your body? Because you are a natural being, only things that occur in nature should be put inside you. So start using organic skin care today and begin down your road to better health.
